Michael R. Greeney

He was born on September 7th, 1955 to Walter and Dorothea Greeney in Stamford, Connecticut.

He is survived by his children, Lauren Reinhart (Russell) and Christopher Greeney and his granddaughter Marion Reinhart. Michael is also survived by 2 brothers and 4 sisters; Walter Greeney Jr., Robert Greeney, Deborah Kutz (Gary), Diane Campbell, Mary Dolan (Jeff) and Carol Schenkel (Bob). In addition, he is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and a great nephew.

Michael was predeceased by his parents Walter (Da) and Dorothea Greeney as well as his brother in-law, Douglas Campbell.

Michael was an architect for most of his life, and he traveled around the world for his work. He had an eye for style and quality, often returning from his travels with unique gifts for his friends and family. He loved spending time on or near the water, most often the Long Island Sound. Towards the end of his life, Michael delighted in being a grandfather.

Calling hours are on Friday, June 16th from 3-6pm at Leo P Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St., Stamford.
