She is survived by her parents, John and Shannan Pell; her siblings, Victor and Devon Pell; her grandparents, Lynn and James Switzer; and her great grandmother, Ethel Bringhurst.
Kiara was preceded in death by her brother, Dominic Pell; and her grandparents, Richard and Nilda Pell.
She loved horses, crystals, reading books, and coloring. She was kind, passionate, loving, sweet, feisty, determined, and strong willed.
Kiara lit up a room with her smile and contagious spirit. She smiled through all her struggles and surgeries and anything she was going through. She was SO positive and uplifting even in the hardest moments.
A friend wrote, “She soared through this life with unwavering determination and hope. It was pretty special.”
Kiara truly was a gift from God!
A visitation for Kay will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554, followed by a celebration of life at 4:00 PM.
