Denise Marie Dixon

Denise Marie Dixon, age 66, of Fredericksburg, VA passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 while on a cruise to Bermuda. She was born on September 23, 1952 in Washington, DC the daughter of the late Walter and Shirley (Olds) VanParys. She retired as office manager for the Homeowners Discount Plumbing and was a member of the New Life Community Church. Survivors include her husband, Robert A. Dixon; two daughters, Jennifer M. Hearn of Stafford, VA and Jaclyn M. Baird (Lenny) of Stafford, VA; two grandchildren, Shelby and Dylan; one brother, John VanParys of Woodbridge, VA; five sisters, Jeanine Davis of Dumfries, VA, Susan Booth of Stafford, VA, Andrea Booth of Fauquier, VA, Michelle VanParys-Sloan of Charleston, SC, Mary VanParys of Woodbridge, VA. Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday. October 1, 2019 at 11:00am at New Life Community Church, 1449 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22554.
