Craig Steven Miller

Craig was a jack of all trades - security guard, submariner, patent examiner, carpenter, handyman, teacher, cook, postal worker, mechanic, computer guru, and audio/video technician. If he saw a job that needed to be done that he thought he could do, he would do his best to get it done. Unless of course it was a project around the house. He would work a house project until it was useable and then turn his attention to another project - often taking years to put the final touches on the first project.

He was generous to a fault. Often going out of his way to assist friends when it was within his power to help. And often helping the friends to find resources to the get the job done when it was something he couldn’t do himself.

His sarcastic wit often got him in trouble but served him well over the years to vent his frustrations without hurting feelings too often.

Born to Joan and Robert Miller in Elizabeth, NJ on October 12, 1961, he was raised in Florida when his father decided he wasn’t going to wait to retire before moving somewhere warmer.

Craig is predeceased by his mother Joan, his father Robert, his brother Eric, and his sister-in-law Rose Marie.

Craig is survived by his wife, Rose Mary; his siblings, Mark (Nita) Miller, Sherry (Richard) Moss, Scott (Ida) Miller; a plurality of nieces and nephews, and a multitude of great nieces and nephews. He will be especially missed by his niece Tiffany Miller, Rose’s niece Alicia Gilliam, and great-nephew Mikhail Harper as he was particularly close to these three as they were growing up.
