Josephine Benedettini (“Choo Choo”) was born October 27, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan and died September 17, 2024 in Missouri City, Texas. She grew up with her parents and four sisters. Raised in an Italian home, this is where she learned to love cooking and baking. She graduated from Lakeview High School in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
Josephine married Joseph Benedettini. She had five children: Stephen, David, Scott, Andrea, and Anita.
In 1980, the family moved from Detroit to Sugar Land, Texas, where she spent the rest of her life with her devoted husband and family.
She was such a classy woman and people were naturally drawn to her. She was a gifted interior decorator and had a wonderful sense of fashion.
Josephine is survived by her loving husband Joseph, her two daughters, two sons, two daughters-in-law, son in-law, and eight grandchildren.
She has joined her son, Scott, her sisters, best friend, and parents in Heaven, and we know she is at peace.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, and soulmate, as well as her children and grandchildren.
