Harry Kelly, 84, passed away on January 8, 2013 in Sugar Land, Texas. Harry was born in Philadelphia on May 10, 1928 and moved to Houston in 1988 upon his retirement from the Philadelphia Electric Company where he spent his entire career. Harry is survived by his adoring wife of almost 62 years, Rita; as well as his children: Jim, Kathy, Tom and Susan, who loved him dearly. Harry was “pop”, playmate and confidante to his 9 grandchildren: Laura, Michael, Dennis, Conor, Fay, Eamon, Kevin, Curran and Betsy. He also had a special fondness for his daughters by marriage: Everly and Jean. Harry lived his life quietly and kindly and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, on Friday, January 11, 2013, at St. Albert of Trapani Catholic Church, 11027 S. Gessner Dr., Houston.
