Traveling from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Grace M. Carrion was born on June 26, 1967 in Manhattan, New York to the late Jose and Maria Carrion. The family then moved to Miami, Florida. She was educated in the Dade County Public School System where she met the love of her life, Richard Bartholomew. They later married and were blessed with beautiful children. Throughout those years, she started her career as a dental assistant for the Miami-Dade Health Department. In 2003, she relocated to Houston, Texas to pursue a new life for her family. She was a devoted mother that loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. She treasured making memories that brought laughter, joy and peace. She enjoyed her some good food and enjoyed shopping. Although our hearts are saddened, we are comforted in knowing that she gave love with a caring spirit and generous heart.
