Retired from MNDOT after 37 ½ years. Born July 13, 1931 in St. Paul, MN. After being diagnosed with brain cancer and in Hospice Care at home, he passed away into his Savior’s arms on May 22, 2016. Preceded in death by mother, Margaret Hartigan and step-father, James. Survived by loving wife, Kathleen; niece, Kathie Jean Neville; nephew, Martin Richards; and many other family and friends. Memorial Service on Saturday, May 28 at 11 AM with Visitation one hour before service at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
