He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary, and sister, Catherine.
Joe will be missed by his nephew, Scott Wilson; nieces, Kathleen (L.T.) Holmes and Karen (Tom) Stremski; great-nephew and nieces, Justin and Erica Stremski and Tiffany and Christine Holmes; and other family and friends.
Interment will be on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1pm at Riverview Cemetery, 333 Annapolis St E, West St. Paul.
