Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Rosella Thienes; daughters, Bonnie Zschokke, Laura Valentine; sister, Marlene Sperl. Donna will be deeply missed by her husband, Don; children, Jim (Donna), Jean Cole, John (Linda), Judie; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Pete (Pat) Thienes; sister, Laura (Gene) Woehrle, Roberta (Jim) DeWanz, Kathy (Bill) Collette. Donna was past president of Anderson Nelson Roseville VFW, member of Arcade Phalen American Legion Auxiliary, and Sr. Regent of Moose Lodge Chapter 563 and Arizona City Chapter 1038. Gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul, from 11am to 1pm. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the family and will be donated to Our Lady of Peace Hospice Home.
