Cristi Jo Erickson

She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on March 3rd, 1959, to Arnold and Patricia Erickson.

Cristi worked as a CNA in several nursing homes and in home health care for forty years. She enjoyed helping those she served. She moved to Hill City in 2017 to enjoy the quiet of small-town life, living with her ex-husband Daniel, daughter Emily, and grandson Christian. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren.

Cristi loved baking, fishing, cooking, helping others, and her faith was very important that's what kept her going.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and Arnold and her Aunt Margie and Uncle Alex.

She is survived by sons David Higuera, Brian (Jessica) Higuera, and Jonathan Erickson; daughters, Nichole Estrada, Megan Erickson, and Emily Tesch; grandchildren Esteban, Manny, Eli, Savannah, Christian, and Ava; siblings Michael Erickson, Julia Steinke, and Joel Erickson and ex-husbands David Higuera sr. and Daniel Tesch.

A memorial service for Cristi will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM, with a visitation one hour prior, at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave N, St. Paul, Minnesota 55106.
