Passed away on June 6, 2014. Carl is preceded in death by his Wife, Ruth. He is survived by his Children, Frederick and Mark Sandberg, Sue (Rob) Tomalka, and Debra Livdahl; Grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Andrew, and Jeffrey; and Three Great-Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12, at 11:00 AM, at St. Paul-Reformation Lutheran Church. Interment at Union Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Minnesota State Services for the Blind.
