Valerie R.L. Walker, age 88, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022. Born in Liverpool England, she worked at the Department of Transportation in Honolulu, Hawaii for 26 years. Upon retirement she moved to the beautiful valley isle Maui. She returned to St. Louis Mo eight years ago to be near her daughter and only child.
