 I always felt so blessed to have Roslyn & her family in our lives. My parents were both only children  , so I never had cousins in my life,  until I married Barry.  Roslyn & Leonard  became very special to me.  I will always have fond memories of gathering for the break the fast. 

I was a friend of Roz’s in high school and we kept up with each through reunions etc.  I think of her often as she was a tremendously kind and sincere person.  I am immensely sorry she suffered from an apparently genetic disease which I did not know about until the end of her life.

I think we all appreciated Roz ‘ intellect, warmth and character; though it had been too long since I had spoken with her, her death saddened me greatly.  She came to my mother’s funeral in St Louis in 1994, though it had been many years with little or no contact between us after I moved in 1963.  Roz did that for me, after all those years apart.  I thanked her, of course, but probably not enough.
I hope the loss Leonard, David, their children et al feel may be lessened by the knowledge that everyone who knew Roz feels the loss with them.

Roz and I shared our names ( Morah Roz) as well as our passion for teaching.
I have wonderful and happy memories of our days together at B’nai Amoona Preschool.  She was a beautiful, warm, fun and nurturing teacher and friend.  Her sweet smile and loving personality will always live on in my heart!

Roslyn (and Leonard, too) are the cousins  I never had until I married into the Hapner family. As the years progressed, we became very close. and Roslyn was always there for me. We loved breaking the fast with her family, and enjoyed many happy times together.  She helped me so much when times were tough, and never could do enough for us. I will miss her so much.
