Jennie Grace LaBarbera Gravagna

GRAVAGNA, Jennie G. (nee LaBarbera), passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the age of 88, surrounded by her loved ones. Cherished wife of the late Angelo Gravagna for 58 years; Beloved daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria LaBarbera; loving mother of Bess (Jerry) Langsdorf, Mary (Paul) Gieseler, Janet Gravagna, and Alfred (Jayne) Gravagna; dearest Maw-Maw tp Paul, Jr., Jeff (Angie), Tim (Beth )Gieseler, Michael Langsdorf (Christine Down), Gina, and Nick Gravagna; wonderful great Maw-Maw to Kaleb and Olivia Langsdorf, Emma and Grace Gieseler; dear sister of the late Vincent and Sam (Dodo) LaBarbera; dear aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, godmother, cousin, and friend to many.

Jennie was little but mighty. Family and her faith were her top priorities. She was the best mother and grandmother anyone could have. She will be missed for just being her and her wonderful Italian cooking.

SERVICES: Visitation 3-8pm Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at CALCATERRA FUNERAL HOME. Mass of Christian burial 10am St. Ambrose Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sick and Elderly Program on the Hill or to St. Ambrose Church.
