Gilbert Dolgin

Beloved husband of Sheila Dolgin for 64 years. Dear father of Cassandra Dolgin (Debra Richards) of Tallahassee, FL and Michelle Bachtel (Scott Atwell) of Key West, FL. Loving grandfather of Brandon Bachtel and step-grandfather of Nicholas Richards, and Savannah, Lilly and Juliana Atwell. Beloved brother of the late Charlotte (late Louis) Nehmen, the late Joseph Jules Dolgin (late Letty), the late Harold Dolgin, Janet Crouppen (late Bernard), and Robert Dolgin (Deborah). Dear uncle, cousin, and friend.

Gilbert was a life-long St. Louisan who loved this city and the people in it. As a businessman from the age of 18, Gil worked tirelessly to grow the family business. Gilbert also cherished his family and friends, and throughout retirement, enjoyed weekly lunches with his siblings and regular meetings and activities with former high school buddies.

Visitation Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 12:30 PM at BERGER MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 9430 Olive Boulevard. Funeral service follows at 1 PM. Interment immediately following the Funeral Service at Beth Hamedrosh Hagodol Cemetery, 9125 Ladue Road.
