It's hard to find words, still trying to catch my breath  from  losing you over a week ago.  I have so many memories, proud to have had you as   My father in law, a true honour to spend those prescious last moments with you.   It was an amazing ride, rest peacefully...xo

Deepest sympathies to all the family.  U have memories go so far back and a fond one was seeing Ernie and Agnes dancing at the PLSA at one of their great dances.  I think it was like a jitterbugging dance and I was so impressed. Seeing them together all those years was wonderful. Always a friendly hello.  My heart goes out to you all.

Uncle Ernie, you may not be a blood relative but I consider you as a uncle when I was young girl. I will remember you for the rest of my life as being a kind and lovable person. You touch my heart in every way possible that a person can. I will miss you even if I haven't seen you or Aunty Anges for a very long time but you were in my thoughts every day. To this day I remember you showing me the wonderful and beautiful Christmas village you made in your house across from my grandparents.  I will cherish all the beautiful memories I have about you. May you rest in peace and we will meet again when the time will come.

'Uncle Ernie' was a kind man..He helped me to get a job one summer . Our families camped together many times when we were young.He has helped my mom and dad a lot over the last few years, always with a smile. My whole family will always remember him and his kind ways.

So sad to hear of "Ernie's" passing. Dennis and I have only  fond memories of the times that we spent with him over the years. He had such an easy-going personality and was such a kind spirit.
I'm sure this is a very hard time for the family and we send our heartfelt condolences to you all.

I can only think of great things about Ernie.  Always had a warm smile and hello for everybody.  My hubby had great respect for him.  I hope they get together in heaven.

Grampie, I’ll never forget how excited you would get when I’d take you to get a new pair of walking shoes, you loved it! You taught me how to color, hours upon hours, my kids are in aw of the way I color to this day. We had a terrible bike accident when I was a kid, maybe why I despise bikes today😬 but you did not let me get hurt! 
You would sneak a few dollars my way, when Nannie wasn’t looking! My children love your envelopes full of love and of course the
“Bye for now, love ya big” I’ll never delete my voice message from you, so I can play it again and again. 
Last but not least, I love that your pictures you would send us inspired our sterling to start her own Christmas village Bc of you. I love you Grampie! You were loved!
