Joann Lee Boivin, age 86 of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on September 2, 2022. She was born on October 24, 1935, to the proud parents of Harry and Leah Rudge. Joann was the beloved wife to the late Paul Boivin for 49 years. She is the loving mother to Steven Boivin and Michael (Melody) Boivin. Joann is the cherished grandma to Mindy (Rob) Caleca, Brad (Natalie) Boivin, Marcus (Shannon) Boivin, Lauren (Vince) Vitale and Matthew Boivin. She is the great grandmother to Cooper, Gia, Carter, Lily, Lucas, Cecelia, Camden and Audrey. Joann is the dear sister to Diane Russell and Duane Rudge. Joann will be missed by many family and friends.
Joann worked as a banker for many years. She enjoyed many hobbies including being the president of her bowling league, lunch and cards with her card club ladies, boating, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday September 9, 2022, beginning with a gathering at 9:00 am until time of service at 10:00 am, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
Family will receive friends on Thursday from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm for visitation.
Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
