Donald John Leggett, age 84, passed away on May 25, 2022. He was born on July 25, 1937, to the proud parents of Norval and Eileen Leggett. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Patricia Leggett; son Shawn McVeigh Leggett; daughter Erin Colleen Leggett; sister Noreen Elizabeth Mulier; nephews Mike and Paul Mulier; nieces Britt and Shannon Leggett; brother in law Duncan Currie. Donald was preceded in death by his daughter Jeanne Monet Leggett and brother Carl Leggett. He was the rock and foundation of our family. Donald retired from the St. Clair Shores Fire Department. A job he loved. He was an accomplished artist and wood worker. Donald was a man who loved his home and family. We will miss him all the rest of our days.
