Joyce Webb

1928- 2024

Passed away peacefully on Friday December 6th, 2024 at the age of 96. Born in St Catharines on November 2, 1928. Predeceased by her loving husband Carl (2016), Joyce leaves behind her beloved family members - children Don (Pattie) and Patty (Eric); grandchildren Sarah (John), Adam (Danielle), Kevin Hirst (Emily), Matthew Hirst (Molly); her great grandchildren Briar and Rowan Webb, as well as her special niece Sandy Niven (Rick). Joyce was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also an animal lover, musical theatre enthusiast (still able to sing all the words to Cabaret!), traveller, golfer and a voracious reader. Joyce was an generous volunteer throughout her life - actively involved in charities such as cystic fibrosis, animal assistance and volunteering in the Hospital Auxiliary gift shop. She loved to play cards, board games, and challenge her trivia knowledge - with Jeopardy in particular. Thank you to the staff at Pioneer Elder Care for taking such good care of Joyce in her final year. According to her wishes, there will be no visitation. Donations in Joyce's memory can be made to a charity of your choice (she loved animals!)
