Norma Jean Wilson, age 92, of Maryland Heights, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. She was born February 19, 1930. Norma is survived by: her children: Debra DeAnn Wilson, Jamie Lynn Short; her grandchildren: Jimmy Don Harris (Molly), Cliff Wilson Wiget, Amanda Carol Blake (Jeremy), Amber Rae Houston, Jennifer Sheree Young (Thomas), Dustin Perry Short (Michele), Brandy Cierra Wiget, Krystle Lynn Cox (Mike), Sabrina Dawn Wiget, Emily Lauren Pogue; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: Her husband James B. Wilson, daughter Naomi Jean Wiget, parents Flossie Pearl (nee: Payne) and Silas B. Admire, her sister Josephine New, and her niece Barbara Jean Hicks.
Norma was a Registered Nurse, obtaining her degree at the age of 50. She was also a retired beautician. She was a member of Glad Tidings Church - serving as a Sunday School and Children's Church teacher, and driving the church bus. Norma enjoyed gardening and cooking. She enjoyed travelling with family - camping with her husband, and travelling to Europe with Jamie.
