Gail Patricia Youngman, age 86, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Gail is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Dorothy Andell, her son Mark Dunlop, brother Ron, and sister-in-law Sharon Andell, as well as her dear companion, sweet puppy, Abbey. She is survived by her devoted husband, Marvin Youngman; her daughter Dawn P. (Michael) Kearns; a stepson, Chris (Christy) Youngman; and a loving array of grandchildren: Jacob L. and Andrew C. (Nicole) Mansker, Ashley McLean, and Mariah Reinecke. Six beautiful great-grandchildren continue to be a testament to her enduring legacy.
A member of the United Methodist Church of Shepherd in St. Peters, MO, Gail’s commitment to faith was unwavering. She and Marvin were active supper club members, forging strong connections within their community. Their shared passion for travel led them throughout the United States, creating memories along the way. Gail’s vibrant spirit with neighbors formed bonds that enriched her life. A savvy couponer, she enjoyed optimizing her shopping trips to the fullest. Her adoration for animals was boundless, reflecting a compassionate heart that will be remembered with love and gratitude. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and a lifetime of shared moments.
A Memorial Service will occur on February 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the United Methodist Church of Shepherd at 1601 Woodstone Drive, St. Charles, MO 63304. Following the service, a luncheon will be provided at the same location.
