Roberta Catharine Brown

Roberta C. Brown, 94, of Manassas, VA met Jesus face to face on Saturday November 6, 2021. Roberta was born in Harrisburg, PA to the late Robert and Emma Boltz on January 11, 1927. Most of her life was dedicated to serving others through rescue mission work both in Harrisburg, PA as administrative assistant and in Washington, DC where she was director of women’s and children’s ministries for over 25 years. Roberta was preceded in death by her husband, Tom W. Brown. Roberta is survived by three children: Roberta Rhone (George) of Warfield, VA; James Lynch (Mary) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and Tom Brown (Kris) of Manassas, VA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Friday November 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA. with visitation from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Burial will be held at a later date in Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico, VA.
