Penny Denise Stephenson

Penny is survived by her husband John; daughter Kaitlyn of Morgantown, WV; son Eric of Fairfax Station, VA; brother Steve (Connie) Bell of Blanchester, OH; and preceded in death by her brother Mark Bell (Michelle). Penny grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, attended the University of Cincinnati, and worked at the U.S. Government Accountability Office both in Cincinnati and Washington, DC.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 7, 2020, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at, Fairfax Baptist Temple, 6401 Missionary Lane, Fairfax Station, VA 22039. The life memorial service will immediately follow at 4:00pm. Interment will occur July 27 at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Cincinnati. Penny’s family requests that, instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bible Baptist Church, 5275 Morrow Cozaddale Rd., Morrow, Ohio 45152.
