Hanako "Toni" Yamada Romonoski

Hanako Y. Romonoski (Toni), July 30, 1934 – October 5, 2024. On October 5, 2024, Hanako Y. Romonoski (Toni) passed away peacefully at the age of 90. Toni was born in Fukuoka Japan and was the youngest of 6 children. She came to the United States after marrying her Husband Leonard Romonoski who was in the Army. Toni was independent woman who raised two children. She enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends, loved to eat good food and especially her sweet desserts and raising her pet dogs through the years.

Toni Started her career in cosmetology and became a successful hair stylist who later owned her own Beauty Shop business in Arlington for over 30 years until she retired. She cared deeply for her family and friends. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was always the first to offer help and always thought of others first.

Toni is survived by her daughter, Patricia Romonoski, her son, Leonard Romonoski, her son in law, David Dao and two grand daughters, Naiyah Bradley and Christina Romonoski-Dao. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard L. Romonoski.

Toni will be remembered in our hearts, you will be missed.
