Pam was born August 30, 1949 in Springfield, the daughter of David Blair and Thelma (Clemens) Raisch. She married John N. Jones in Springfield, Dec. 7, 1985 and he survives.
She is also survived by her two sons: Donald E. Crawford of St. Louis, MO and David O. Crawford of E. Peoria, IL. She has three step-children: Beth (Damon) Thiriot of Vancouver, WA, Robin Fischer of Ft. Mohave, AZ, and Charles (Amy) Jones of North Carolina. There are seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Pam was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Pam was an X Ray Technician with an expertise in mammography. She worked for many years at Memorial Medical Center and then retired from HSHS St. John’s Priority Care after 38 years of service. She had a passion for flower gardening and house plants. She spent many hours tending to her garden and enjoyed the beauty of the gardens. Pam found great joy and companionship with her Pomeranian dogs. She attended Cherry Hills Baptist Church.
The Jones family will greet family and friends at Bisch and Son Funeral Home 505 E. Allen, Springfield, IL on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 9:00 am until time of a funeral service there at 10:30 am. Pastor Brian Wilmarth will officiate. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
