I worked with your father at IEMA and did work for him on radios at Loami. Jim was a very dear friend, and will be missed.

Hello - 
My name is Blake.  Jim was my neighbor on Marland St. for several years.  To all of Jim's family and friends I want to say...I'm very sorry for your loss.  I moved away from Springfield and just heard the news this week...breaks my heart.
Jim was one of the nicest guys!  Everyone in the neighborhood knew him...even the dogs because he always had treats!  Jim would keep an eye on our house and he would even come hold my ladder when I was up cleaning out gutters.  Always had a story to share and some of the older stories were the best!!  Always got me laughing!  
He will be missed.
