Evelyn J. Perry

She was born in Ottawa, IL. After graduating from Ottawa High School, she moved to Evanston, IL, and worked at the Nielsen Corporation in Chicago.

Evelyn is survived by four loving children, Richard Perry of Harvard, IL; Steven (Linda) Perry of Rochester, IL; Susan Andrews of Springfield, IL; Linda Perry (Bob Ahlgren) of Los Angeles CA; one beloved granddaughter Angela; and numerous nieces and nephews. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Louis L. Perry in 2000, her parents Leroy and Emily Olson of Ottawa, her brother Frederick Olson and her sister Rosella Petrich (nee Olson).

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Springfield and a former member of the IL Chapter of PEO International, Springfield. A former long-time member of the Presbyterian Church of Barrington, IL, and former PTA Board Member and Den Mother (Cub Scouts, Niles, IL). Evelyn was a devoted mother, talented artist, and superb homemaker.
