Anita was born on December 13, 1952, in Brunswick, ME, the daughter of George and Edwina (Favreau) Levesque. She married Ed Muench on July 13, 1984, in Springfield.
Anita graduated from Brookhaven High School in Columbus, OH. After relocating to Illinois, she was the Vice President and General Manager of Imperial Outdoor Advertising. Anita then started her own company, Imperial Designs (ID Signs), and worked there until her retirement. She was a member of Anthem Country Club in Anthem, AZ, and Panther Creek Country Club. Anita was a past tournament chairman of LPGA Rail Classic. She was also on the board for Crimestoppers and the Chamber of Commerce in Springfield. Anita loved golfing, spending time in Arizona, and traveling to different states and countries.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, David Levesque.
Anita is survived by her husband, Ed of Loami; brother, Gene (Misty) Levesque; sisters, Linda (Herman) Poulton, and Sue Levesque; nieces, Carrie (partner, Jessica Raabe) Falk, and Nikki (Tony) Santori; and nephews, Gene Michael Levesque, and Daniel (Becca) Levesque.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
