Robert Elliott Drayton, age 72, of Spring Hill, FL went to be with teh Lord on Saturday, August 16, 2014. He was the loving husband of Audrey D. Drayton. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was a son of the late James and Daisy Drayton. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and later worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard until his retirement. He was a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Hudson, FL where he served as a Trustee. He was an avid photographer and an all around Mr. Fix-it especially with electronics. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Audrey and sister, Daisy Frazier of Philadelphia, PA and many friends. Friends and relatives are invited to the Visitation on Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church, County Line Road, Hudson, FL followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00AM with the Rev. Freddy Hinson, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
