Mrs. Taylor, who died Tuesday, was born in Roderfield, West Virginia on January 12th, 1937 to Carl and Edna Booker. Her family relocated to Southern California, where she graduated from North Hollywood High School in 1955. She had been a Spokane resident since 1979, and completed an Associate's Degree at the local community college. She was a member at First Church of the Nazarene for nearly 40 years. She loved her church family, and blessed them with her gift of encouragement. She was known for her generosity of spirit, and demonstrated her love for her friends and family with frequent cards and notes of love and support.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Taylor, son Frank Taylor, brothers Edward and Ronald Booker, and sister Naomi Petroff. She is survived by her daughters Donna Ritchie (husband Marty) of Redding, California and Lisa Hackathorn (husband Tom) of Otis Orchards, Washington, beloved sister-in-law Betty Parker of Arlington, Washington, and grandsons Matt Ritchie (wife Kelly), Bryce Ritchie, and Cody Eacret.
