Betty Jean Starr, age 89, of SPOKANE, Washington passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022. Betty was born July 15, 1933.
A memorial service for Betty will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Valley Fourth Church, 2303 S Bowdish Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
