Travis J. Wilson

Sparta- Travis J. Wilson went home to the Lord unexpectedly, on October 27, 2013, in Morristown, NJ. He was 28 years old. Travis was born in Dover, NJ to Trisha Wilson and Werner Doecks, he resided for the past 10 years in Sparta. He was a 2004 graduate of Jefferson High School, and currently was self-employed as a plumber. Travis loved to cook, and hunt, but he was definitely an avid fisherman. He left this world far too soon, and will be greatly missed by his family. Travis is survived by his mother and stepfather, Trisha and Alan Mackerley of Sparta, his brothers; Shaun and Tyler Mackerley, at home. His paternal grandparents; Pete and Marie Wilson, and his maternal grandparents; Linda and Richard Chandler. Two uncles; Jim and his wife Vickie Wilson, and John Wilson. Friends and family are invited to Goble Funeral Home 22 Main Street, Sparta, NJ, on Friday from 2:30- 4:30pm and 7-9pm with an 8pm Celebration of Life Service.
