Robert F. Lang

Born in Jersey City, NJ to Maureen (Nicholas) and Robert Lang, He was raised in Lincoln Park, NJ.

Robert is survived by his wife of 37 years, Noreen (Martin); his loving children Caitlin (Lang) and Joseph Carlson, Robert Lang and Patrick Lang. The joy of his life were his grandchildren, Riley Lang and Wyatt Carlson.

A man of many talents, Robert was known for his love of cooking, gardening and creativity in the arts. But what truly set him apart was his sharp wit and infectious sense of humor. Whether he was making his family laugh at the dinner table or bringing a smile to the face of a stranger, his joy was as boundless as his kindness.

Predeceased by his parents, Robert is also survived by his siblings Mary Jane Donofrio (James), Thérèse Schneider (Gary), Thomas Lang (Victoria), Dawn Shanoian (Gregory), Steven Lang (Jaime), Kathleen Leva (Joseph), and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM on Monday, November 25, at Saint Thomas of Aquin Church, Ogdensburg .
