Howard was born May 13, 1964 in Virginia, son of Howard Turner, Sr. and Pamela Pennington. He was born with spina bifida and was wheelchair bound his entire life. Howard never let this keep his spirits down. He was a God-fearing man, who had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his mother, Pamela Pennington of Bolivia; father, Howard Turner, Jr. of Ohio; brothers, Leonard Turner and wife Michelle of Georgia, Brian Turner of Ohio, and Glwyn Sawyer and wife Amanda of Bolivia; sister, Amanda Elliott and husband Joe of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
