Williams Blue Ridge Funeral Home Sophia, WV Ruby Jewell Dolinger Ruby Jewell Dolinger, 80 of Midway passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2015. Born March 24, 1935, in Fireco, WV, she was the daughter of the late, Frank and Mertie Evans Dolinger. Ruby enjoyed fishing and walking her dog, Mimi. She also took care of the Midway Community Flower Fund and served the Midway Community in every way she could. Ruby was a member of the Midway First Church of God. In addition to her parents, Ruby is preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and Frank Dolinger, Jr.; sisters, Marie Sanders and Joann Dolinger. Those left to cherish her memory include, nieces, Ruth Ann Dolinger Picone, Brenda Maynard; nephew, Mickey Dolinger and cousin, William Richards; and friend, Marie Weese. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Williams Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Sophia with Pastor Richard Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Coal City Community Cemetery. Friends may gather with the family from 1- 2 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Midway First Church of God.
