She was born in Englewood, NJ the daughter of the late Frank and Caroline (Brennonison) Dalton. Mrs. Boidleau spent her youth in New Jersey and had been a resident on Wood Street in Somerset for 62 years. She was a communicant of St. Thomas More Church where she was a Lector. She was a member of the Moby Dick African Violet Club.
Besides her family, her greatest love was dancing. She was a Professional Dancer and owned and operated Gen’s School of Dance in Somerset for over 30 years and continued to dance with a senior group putting on shows in nursing homes.
She is survived by her two sons Raymond V. Boidleau and his wife Jacqueline of Ludlow, MA and Russell F. Boidleau and his wife Delilah of Kingston, MA; two grandchildren Adam R. Boidleau and Doreen G. Barton and her husband Jacob; seven great-grandchildren Sheehan, Delilah, Jadon, Liam, Bryce, Oliver and Ethan. She also leaves a sister-in- law, Helen Smith, and niece, Susan McGee, in Florida.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 11am in St. Thomas More Church 386 Luther Ave., Somerset. Visiting hours will be Monday from 9:30am to 10:30am prior to her mass in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT ROSE E. SULLIVAN 866 County St., Somerset. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472. Burial will be in Nathan Slade Cemetery, Somerset.
