Linda Marie Polzin was born in Spokane, Washington September 18th, 1956 to Gerald Zinger and Eleanor Schmidt. She was a graduate of Meadowdale High school, class of 74’. She later graduated as a medical assistant from PIMA medical institute.
She was married to Joseph Polzin for 23 years. Together they had three children- Stephen, Jill, and Timothy.
Linda loved spending time with her family including watching her grandkids at sporting events and performances. She enjoyed arts & crafts, jewelry making, and was an avid baker. Decorating and big meals at the holidays always brought her much joy. She was thrifty and often hunted bargains at passing garage sales. She treasured the many furbabies she rescued over the years, most recently Molly. Linda enjoyed travelling, with Ocean Shores being one of her favorite destinations. Linda was an entrepreneur and once owned her own store.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor in 2011 and her granddaughters Emony Marie and Lenaya Frances in 2000.
She is survived and celebrated by her father Gerald Zinger; Children; Stephen Polzin (Anitra), Jill Lehman, and Timothy Polzin. Sister; Debbie Brevig (Ron), Grandchildren; Malik Polzin, William Lehman, Raeshod Polzin, Emmalee Grace, Myah Polzin, and Micah Polzin, her nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and her cherished furbaby and companion, Molly.
Though she may no longer be of this earth, she will always hold a special place in the hearts of all who knew or came in contact with her. She was a bright light that shone in a dark world.
