Robert E. "Bart" Neal, 74, of Snellville, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at his home. Bart was born on January 16, 1942 in Big Four, WV to Robert G. and Lucille Neal. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for over 20 years. Upon retiring from the military, Bart spent several years as a disc jockey in Daytona Beach, FL and Atlanta. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Martha "Barbie" Neal of Snellville, daughters Anita Giudilli and husband Pete of Oswego, NY and Annette Neal of Utica, NY, sons Andy Williams and wife Barbara of Monroe, GA and Allen Williams and wife Beth of Atlanta, 6 grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Michael, A.J., Amber and Kyle and great grandson Jeremiah. Arrangements under the direction of Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, GA.
