James S. Baggett, 76, of Decatur, GA, passed away on August 2nd, 2019 surrounded by his love ones. He is survived by his wife Rita Beam Baggett of 55 years; his children: Kimberly McGinnis of Indianapolis, Jeff (Rachel) Baggett of Decatur; grandchildren: Sarah, James, Jeffrey, Jacob, his beloved sister Myra Rice of Snellville, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
