Ken attended Gallaudet University where he met and fell in love with Holly Moos. After graduating in 1973, they married just a few days later, going on to have their only daughter, Yvonne. Ken worked for the Federal Government (mostly at the Government Printing Office) for almost 40 years before retiring to spend more time with his family.
Ken was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Yvonne. He always tried his best to support her and his grandchildren, Ayden and Lyam. Ken had a great sense of humor and was often teasing his friends and family, filling the room with laughter.
Anyone who knew Ken Roth, knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Ken was predeceased by his mother, Iris, his father Nathan, and his Aunt Anne. He is survived by his wife Holly, daughter Yvonne, son-in-law Christopher, grandsons Ayden and Lyam and his brother Ronald and his wife, Margaret.
The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to their home. Details are still being worked out for a possible online service to celebrate Ken’s life.
