She was born on February 24, 1941, in St. Louis, MO to the late Andrew and Stella Boehm.
She married Bruce Lewis who preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Crystal Cozort of Sikeston, MO and Cyndi Hawkins of Tupelo, MS; one son, Rodney Hawkins of Potosi, MO; one brother, Andy (Annie) Boehm of Brentwood, MO; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Turner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until time of memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO.
