Michael "Mike" Perry

He was born on May 28, 1940, in Puxico, MO to the late Louie and Sylvia Murdock Perry.

On July 15, 1961, in Melser, MO he married Rozella Kinder Perry who preceded him in death on May 9, 2021.

He was a member of Murray Lane Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO.

He retired from MoDOT as a civil engineer in 1991, after twenty-two years of service.

He is survived by three sons, Greg Perry of Sikeston, MO, Russell Perry of Steele, MO and Bert Perry of Sikeston, MO; one sister, Christy (Fred) Scherer of Bell City, MO; three grandchildren, Justin Perry, Ryan Perry and Baylee Clark and two great-grandchildren, Madelyn Perry and Sophia Perry.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by one brother, Terry Perry.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO with Joe McCullough, pastor of Murray Lane Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO., officiating.

Interment will be held at a later date in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bell City, MO.
