Linda Robinson

She was born on January 28, 1947 in Los Angeles, CA. to the late Cletus “John” and Ollie Faye Martin Southard.

On May 20, 1965 she married Willard Lee Robinson who preceded her in death on June 23, 2009.

She was a member of Canalou First Baptist Church in Canalou, MO., where she taught Sunday school and was a homemaker and grandma.

She work at Todd’s laundry prior to retirement as a in home health care provider for Mr. Robert Dempster and Ms. Dorothy Tangeman.

She is survived by three sons, Willard Robinson Jr. and Willard Robinson III of Canalou, MO. and Danny (Jenifer) Robinson of Canalou, MO.; two brothers, Charles (Kaye) Southard of Malden, MO. and Clifton (Peggy) Southard of Canalou, MO.; two sisters, Hazel Cantrell of Malden, MO., Carolyn (Robert) Hughes of Canalou, MO. and two grandchildren, Sarah Lee Robinson and Joshua Lee Robinson and two great-grandchildren Annleigh and Kaitlyn Robinson of Canalou, MO.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters Hetty Archer and Vicky Southard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Dewayne Coleman of Canalou First Baptist Church officiating.

Pallbearers will be: Ricky Landers, Jason Landers, Justin Landers, John Bixler, Paul Bixler and Matt Strebler.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
