Robert "Bobby" L. Guy

Bobby retired as a Shreveport Police Officer after 20 years of faithful service to his community. He also worked as a car salesman. Bobby was a wonderful husband, father and granddaddy. He loved playing cards, golf, skiing, fishing, mountains and spending time with friends and family. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him best and loved him most.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Guy and Clara Lee Spruell and his nephew, Adam P. Fetterhoff.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years Ann Guy; daughters, Robin Guy Fuhrmann and Shannon Guy Wall (Gary); son, Robert "Bobby" Guy, Jr.; grandchildren, Connor, Bryce and Bailey Fuhrmann, Hannah and Gavin Guy, Madison Wall Grillo (Nick), Kelsi and Mackenzie Wall; great grandchildren, Charlee and River Grillo; brother, Paul Fetterhoff (Cathy); niece, Amy Schad (Chris); great niece, Abby Schad. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Bobby will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Rev. Steve Gilley. Interment will be at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 7970 Mike Clark Rd, Keithville, Louisiana 71047. Honoring the family as pallbearers will be Bryce Fuhrmann, Gavin Guy, Gary Wall, Jay Keen, Jeff Howard and Peter Valente.
