Snow was born in Shreveport, La on February 4, 1923 and was a lifelong resident of the area until his death on February 5, the day after his 97th birthday. He graduated from Vivian High School and was a B-25 pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Snow retired from Arkla Gas Co. after 37 years of service. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel in the U.S. and Canada with his wife, Mary. Some of Snow’s most memorable moments were camping with his family and even water skiing up until the age of 70. He was a longtime member of Mangum Memorial Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, C.M. Terry, Mother, Clara Dial Terry and his sister, LaViece Terry Pedro. Survivors are his wife of 75 years, Mary, his son Ron and wife Traci of Westcliffe, Co, his daughter Cheryl “Sherry” Thompson of Shreveport and granddaughter, Holly Callaway Doyal and husband David of Benton, La. and his great grandchildren Bailey and Max Doyal.
Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Kamlesh Jani and Dr. Scott Howard for their devoted care, to Dad’s nurse Racheal and the staff members on the 6th and 8th floors of Willis Knighton Pierremont Medical Center.
