Mary Olive Hines

Mary worked for Red River Plumbing and also as a purchasing agent for Southern Pipe Supply. Mary was a loving and dedicated mother, wife, sister and grandmother. She loved her family and friends with all of her heart. She was always caring for the needs of others and over herself. She enjoyed visiting with the people she loved. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, William Bennie Fletcher and Florence Lavada Fletcher; brothers, Robert L. Fletcher, John E. Fletcher, and Bennie Steve Fletcher.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 27 years, Travis Meadows; son, Tim Hines; daughter, Terri Green; bonus children , Amy Burr and husband Dwight, Terry Meadows and Victor Meadows; sisters, Sherry Hicks and Ezell Barber; brothers, Max A. Fletcher and Ronnie L. Fletcher. Mary is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

A visitation for Mary will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 10:00 am at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Centuries Memorial Park. Honoring the family as pallbearers will be Shean Fletcher, Kenneth Fletcher, Steve Fletcher, Bobby Barber, Ronnie Savell and Austin Gwin.
