James Albert Kile was born September 26, 1939 in Lake Providence, LA, his parents were Edna Laree Vinson and Jesse James Kile. He went to be with his Lord Wednesday in Shreveport.
Mr. Kile was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved to hunt. He was a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and a truck driver for Yellow Freight Lines for more than 20 years.
Mr. Kile was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Annie Bell Kile; a daughter, Debbie Garner and her husband Rick; two sons, Jimmy Kile and wife Connie and David Kile and wife Lisa; eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren with two more on the way and one great great grandchild. He is also survived by two sisters, Jean Sullivan and husband Lavell and Janice Allen and husband Dennis; a brother, Danny Kile and wife Geneva; other relatives and friends.
A service celebrating the life of James Albert Kile will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017, 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rev. David Kile, Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the Family will be Friday, December 22 from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are his grandsons, James Kile, Jason Garner, Christopher Kile, Jacob Kile, Jesse Kile, Zack Kile, and Alex Kile.
