Robert Charles Owen

He was born March 10, 1938 in Eunice, New Mexico to George & Myrtle (Scott) Owen.

He moved to Bethel Acres and graduated in 1955. He met and married the love of his life Joveta (Branson) Owen in 1960 and they were married for 57 years. He served 2 years in the Army and retired from Tinker AFB. He worked as the janitor at Bethel Schools & went on to a career in Real Estate. He loved his family and his devoted dog Pepe.

Survivors include his 2 sons & daughter-in-law, Robert & Carol Owen, Jimmy Don & Dawn Owen of Shawnee, 1 daughter & son-in-law Vickie & Eddie Bowling of Wickenburg Arizona. Sister & brother-in-law Linda & Pat Barrett of South Rock Creek, and nine grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 brothers Everett & Earl Don Owen, and 2 sisters Lois Powell & Betty Funk.
