Robin Elizabeth Fields

Robin was born March 23, 1966 in Chatham County, daughter of Gloria Phillips Edwards and the late James Ray Fields. She was the best mother anyone could have and loved her children and grandchildren immensely. Her two Yorkies, Baxter and Bella were her canine children. Robin was a real estate agent for many years where she enjoyed helping people find their forever homes. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, gardening,and cooking, but her favorite thing to do was to make memories with her family. She was a devoted Christian who kept God in the center of all things. Robin was a gentle soul and was a light to anyone she met. She will be greatly missed by many and remembered forever.

Survivors include her children, Stephanie Elder and husband David of Castle Hayne, Andrea Allen and partner Seth of Ocean Isle Beach, and Steven Allen of Ocean Isle Beach; she was better known as "Gigi" to Ada James and Sterling; two brothers, Bill Fields and wife Debbie of Bear Creek and Scott Brooks and wife Amy of Charlotte; many nieces and nephews; and the love of her life, Brantley Barnhill of Loris, South Carolina.

At her request, private services will be held in Bear Creek where she was raised.
